The Challenge
Navigating the high initial costs, limited space of a 20 m² container, and strong competition in the fitness industry were key hurdles for Qudrah Dubai. Additionally, establishing a presence in a new market while ensuring sustainability and community engagement posed significant challenges.
The Approach
Qudrah Dubai utilized innovative technology, a prime beachside location, and diverse fitness programs to create a unique offering. By integrating smart systems, eco-friendly practices, and community-focused initiatives, the project overcame challenges to deliver an inclusive, modern fitness experience.
The project had a core design with 3 different scinarios of a gym containters, 3D Design & Layout, Floor Plan, Interior, Climate Solution, in addition to Website & App Development.
Frutermore, I have worked to deliver the whole Busiuness Plan which includes Financial Projections, Marketing Strategy, Operational Plan.
