The Challenge
Government agencies often struggle with delayed task completion, lack of workflow transparency, and scattered support/request processes. Traditional internal systems made it difficult to track progress, evaluate team performance, and ensure fast service between departments. Sharjah Government needed an integrated, bilingual solution to cut through these bottlenecks.
The Approach
I designed a clean, intuitive dashboard that unifies task and request management, analytics, device usage, and member insights all in one place.
Special attention was given to accessibility with true bilingual support (Arabic RTL & English LTR), ensuring effortless use for every team member. The UI focuses on clarity, instant data visibility, and actionable KPIs, helping government teams work smarter and communicate better across departments.
